Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking date. Deposits are non-refundable if the trip is canceled by the guest within 14 days of the trip date or in the event of a no-show. If the guide cancels the trip due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, minus a 5% card processing fee (if applicable). Deposits can be made via debit, credit card, cash, e-transfer (Canadian guests), or by invoice.
